虽然看了那么多面经还是在一上来就彻底乱了
面经上不都说是STAR法则嘛,为嘛一上来就告诉我按你第一想法答,也没有让我给situation或者example,难道是我实在get错了那浓浓的伦敦腔?说好了5min intro, 20 min问答, 结果生生打了50min的电话,出去头尾各5min寒暄,足足拷问了我40min??没有要自我介绍,回答了不下10个问题。。。还记得的一些有:
why MS, 有小抄,没慌
你认为MS跟其他对手的区别,也能侃一些,没慌X2
what's the role as an OPS analyst,还是能往小抄靠
what will you do to build the relation with clients, O__O"…只能往沟通靠
how to you review your own work
how do you plan to learn technical skills in OPS
how to unpack a project from another division
how do you solve a complex work
what do you prefer, the whole picture or a given solution/measure
how do you ensure you perform under the standard
teamwork ~!@#$%^&*( 实在是没有听懂是关于teamwork的什么问题,重复了一遍也。。。于是只能往小抄上靠
how confident are you about your solution
what's your strengths in general, from other people's perspectives
what drive you to learn or improve
how do you ensure that you provide equality to clients
what kind of place you want to work in
挂了电话一身汗,总之能筛过简历就很开心,没有准备过的题全都答的结结巴巴,中文里嗯的问题也是一直在,只不过我总说and,实在是low!上次面GS准备的材料也算用上了一些,这次的问题又可以详细扩展准备下一次一面了。。一面就挂什么时候才结束!
